Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AuraBio (aurabio.xyz). By creating an account or reserving a username, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use AuraBio.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.
• You need a valid email address, and the information you give us must be accurate.

2. Usernames

Usernames are given out first-come, first-served, including reservations made before general launch. We may reclaim a username that's inactive for an extended period, obviously infringes someone else's trademark, or is reserved to impersonate someone without authorization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AuraBio to:

• Publish illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or rights.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or attempt to defraud visitors.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person without authorization.
• Sell or promote prohibited goods or services (e.g. controlled substances, weapons).
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We may suspend or remove a page or account that violates these terms.

4. Payments

If you use AuraBio's payment features, you connect your own Stripe account and transactions are processed directly by Stripe — the money goes straight to you, and AuraBio doesn't take a cut of your sales. You're responsible for complying with Stripe's terms, for any taxes owed on your sales, and for delivering whatever you sell or promise your buyers.

5. Subscriptions & plans

Some features require a paid plan. Where billing is enabled, prices are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish on your page (text, images, links). By publishing it, you give us the limited right to host, display, and transmit it as needed to run the service — nothing more.

7. Availability

We aim to keep AuraBio reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may need to modify or discontinue features as the product evolves. We'll try to give notice of any change that materially affects you.

8. Termination

You can stop using AuraBio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer & liability

AuraBio is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
